Ngatea dairy farmer Ken Jones is 88 years of age and a lot has changed since he began farming 66 years ago. 

His effluent disposal was a square mouthed shovel throwing the cattle pats over the rail from the cow shed, but now we've got to the stage where we've got sprinklers sprinkling it on the farm.

Ken has recently installed 2 Flexi Tank Effluent Bladder Tanks, one on each of his farms, as well as implementing other technology, like a weather station, into his farming practices in order to maintain compliance with environmental regulations. He knows, "If you don't comply you won't be able to supply."
